We act as single point of contact between Loss Adjuster and Insured and can advise on the need for additional consultants such as Structural Engineers, Quantity Surveyors and Architects as required.
We also act as CDM Co-ordinators on many of the claims. With an established network of specialist insurance reinstatement contractors working in this sector, we are able to deliver projects within short timescales to minimise loss and reduce voids and costs for insurers. Over the years we have been involved in many types of claim including flood, fire damage, explosion, contamination and storm damage.
We have worked on various property types including, Listed Buildings, Industrial premises, Residential, Office and commercial premises, terraced dwellings and retail premises.
