We work directly with property managers of individual clients with whom we have built up strong relationships with, having gained an in depth knowledge of their business over the years.

We are often asked to co-ordinate matters with other consultants to deliver property solutions for them to meet the needs of their business. We also assist retailers in wider portfolio matters such as dilapidation negotiations, schedule of condition and building surveys prior to entering into a lease.
