Fire Damaged Re-instatement projects, South Lanarkshire Council.
Kerr Baxter Associates are delighted to be assisting South Lanarkshire Council in re-instating 3No Fire Damaged premises, following assessment of the losses by Loss Adjusters, GAB Robins UK.
Our services include site assessment and survey and will include preparation of tender documents, drawings, tendering and monitoring works through to completion on behalf of the client in order to minimise any void periods.

Fire Damaged Industrial Unit
Assisting Ashtenne Industrial Fund Ltd Partnership, Kerr Baxter Associates have visited a Fire Damaged Unit to assess the extent of damage and to undertake the co-ordination of re-instatement works after the loss had been assessed by the Loss Adjuster.

Kerr Baxter Associates are delighted to have been appointed by Ashtenne Industrial Fund Ltd Partnership to assist them with a development proposal in East Kilbride.
The proposal involves an extension to an existing specialist manufacturing facility and represents another positive investment by Ashtenne for their current tenants.
The project highlights Kerr Baxter Associates ability to work with clients to produce individually tailored and design-led solutions.
Separately, Ashtenne Industrial Fund Ltd Partnership also continues to invest in its wider portfolio and Kerr Baxter Associates are assisting in undertaking re-roofing, external repairs, maintenance and decoration works.

Co-operative Estates
Kerr Baxter Associates are delighted to be assisting the Co-operative Group with their continued expansion in the United Kingdom.
We are assisting Co-operative Estates in preparing and lodging a Planning Application for a new food store premises in Ayrshire.
Kerr Baxter Associates also continue to work with Co-operative Estates in assessing additional development options throughout Scotland applying practical and functional design solutions utilising our knowledge of the Co-operative business model.
