Office Refurbishment, Stepps

We were appointed by the Landlord Catalyst Capital LLP to prepare budget costs for the refurbishment of a 7,000 sq.ft vacant office suite to facilitate a letting to an ingoing tenant.

Initial budget advice was provided, followed by a scope of work and specification.

Following conclusion of a lease agreement with the new tenant, Kerr Baxter Associates were instructed to fast track the refurbishment program which included replacement of windows, replacement floor, wall and ceiling finishes, rewiring Cat 5 cabling and new lighting and redecoration.  The contract was negotiated with a specialist fit out contractor and window manufacturer to reduce pre contract program.

The contract was completed within six months including common parts and toilets being upgraded to meet current standards.

Negotiation and close liason with tjhe ingoing tenant was crucial to ensure smooth handover of the suite.
