Appointed as Principal Designer by the client under The Construction (Design and Management) Regulations 2015 we acted on a national upgrading programme to Funeral Care Homes involving refurbishments, refrigeration upgrades and system installations.

The commission covered around 400 sites nationally, with around 100 in Scotland. The programme required co-ordination between client, Principal Contractors and colleagues and involved lean, innovative approaches to document control, submissions and agreements.

Additional services to the Principal Designer role included Architectural, Building Warrant and Planning Consent support.
