Schedule of Condition, Leeds

Kerr Baxter Associates were instructed to undertake a schedule of condition of a 135,000 sq/ft industrial unit incorporating internal accommodation, external parts and roof slopes.

Following attendance on site, KBA presented a list of works to be addressed by the landlord prior to our client entering a lease for the building.

To further protect our client we recommended that no liability would be accepted at the termination of the lease for all mechanical and electrical installations without certification.

Our focused approached in preparing and issuing the schedule of condition report for landlord’s agreement ensured there was minimal delay in signing of the lease.
